Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. was established on 8 August 2002, and its predecessor, Zhongshan Gu Jia Electric Appliances Co., Ltd., was established in August 1992. Gu Jia electrical appliances have formed more than 1,000 varieties of products, mainly including stoves (infrared energy-concentrating gas-fired cookers, gas cookers,biogas cookers), range hoods (condensing range hoods), water heaters (electric water heaters, gas water heaters andsolar energy water heaters), disinfection cabinets, cabinets and other products. Among these, the infrared energy-concentrating gas cooker is one of the two major infrared energy-concentrating cooker brands in China, and the gas water heater and range hood have entered the top ten in the industry nationwide.

30 December 2004 Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. successfully applied for a patent for an infrared cooker burner and was awarded a patent certificate.

15 April 2008 Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. ‘New starting point and new leap in 2008’ Guangdong Gu Jia's first national dealer conference was held.

30 May 2008 Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. once again passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification.

September 2008 Guangdong Gu Jia Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. organised national dealers to visit Sichuan to observe and learn about the ‘Gu Jia Way’ in person.

October 2008 Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. The country's only condensing seven-stage purification range hood successfully passed the China Compulsory Certification (CCC).

November 2008 Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. successfully applied for and obtained a patent for a condensing seven-stage purification range hood oil machine smoke separation net.

January 2009: The first Gu Jia Ruili Lai dealer gathering in Sichuan, ‘Join Hands for 2009 and Create Brilliance Together’, was successfully held.

February 2009: Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. successfully released the corporate publication ‘The Gu Family Way’.

March 2009 Guangdong Gu Jia Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. ‘Sword of Light 09, Creating Brilliance Together’ Guangdong Gu Jia Dealer Annual Meeting was held.

March 2009 Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. held the ‘Gu Jia 9?15 Development Strategy’ oath meeting.

April 2009 Guangdong Gu Jia Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. The corporate magazine ‘Sichuan Gu Jia’ was successfully released.

April 2009 Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. registered the trademark of ‘Gu Jia’ and was awarded the title of ‘China Well-known Trademark’.

May 2009 Guangdong Gu Jia Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. Sichuan Gu Jia Monthly Newspaper was successfully released.

December 2009 Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. The infrared cooker Hummer series successfully applied for a national patent and received a certificate.

December 2009 Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. The condensing seven-stage purification range hood series successfully applied for a national patent and obtained a certificate.

3 March 2010 Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. The annual meeting of national dealer representatives ‘Launching a General Offensive Towards Victory’ was held in the Zhangjiajie Lanji Grand Hotel.

On 5 March 2010, the annual meeting of Hunan Changsha Gu Jia's dealer representatives from across the province, ‘Hunan Relay’, was held.

June 2010: Gu Jia Changsha, Hunan Province, held a province-wide after-sales and sales guidance training meeting.

July 2010: Guizhou Gu Jia held a province-wide after-sales and shopping guide training meeting.

December 2010: The general manager of Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. successfully built 25 Gu Jia specialty stores in Changsha, Hunan, breaking through the industry record.

March 2011: Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. successfully held its annual national dealer representative meeting on the theme of ‘consolidating positions and advancing in depth’.

April 2011 Guangdong Gu Jia Electric Co., Ltd. ‘Invest tens of millions of yuan to build Guangdong 100 stores’ project fully launched.
