Zhang Jiangpeng, male, Han ethnicity, born on January 10, 1989, in Anshun, Guizhou, is a full-time Master of Engineering graduate from Baylor University in the United States. He is a Senior Full-Process Engineering Consultant, a Roads and Bridges Engineer, the Executive Director of Guizhou Liyang Full-Process Project Management Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Guizhou Yujiang Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., a think tank expert at the Academic Committee of the Chinese Academy of Management Science, a specially invited guest professor at the Training Department of the Chinese Academy of Management Science, a "New Era Great Talent," a council member of the Guizhou Youth Entrepreneurs Association, and a member of the China Future Studies Association (initiated by the National Science and Technology Commission, China Association for Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Education, Peking University, Tsinghua University, University of Science and Technology of China, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, and Guangming Daily). He is an outstanding young individual with a profound background and remarkable achievements.

Born on January 10, 1989, in a remote rural area of Maoying Town, Ziyun County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province, Zhang Jiangpeng grew up in a poor family where his parents earned a living through farming. With five siblings and parents who lacked formal education, he took charge of his own decisions from a young age. During his university years, he began working part-time in architectural design, budgeting, and documentation. Before graduating, he purchased his first house in downtown Anshun and took on the responsibility of supporting his family’s expenses.
